Downtown ArtWalk teams with Discover Downtown Christmas and Downtown Market Friday 12/2
Downtown ArtWalk is teaming with Discover Downtown Christmas and Downtown Market to make downtown THE PLACE TO BE on December 2 from 5pm - 8:30pm. Mark your calendar for free and fun holiday happenings and great shopping opportunities while supporting the local arts! Be original. Give the gift of art.
Downtown ArtWalk will have more than a dozen participating venues with many local artists on display for viewing and/or purchase. We have two new venues participating on Tyler Street: Fleur Decor and KSA Engineers, Inc. While on Tyler Street, be sure to visit the Longview Museum of Fine Arts showing Nancy Lambs paintings, the Judge T. Smith Sculpture Garden featuring Kevin Box & Warren Cullar, Rock Paper Scissors with benches by Kevin Box, Ellie Bee's will be displaying original art, Brothers Sandwiches exhibits Paul Anderson, Master Travel shows eclectic pieces from Art World and Art Gallery 100/Shannon's Beading Basket will have many artists demonstrating. TCC PHOTO | GALLERY exhibits Regional Artist Bryan Boyd, Michael Cavazos, and Glenda Derveloy. George Preston Antiques will have artwork on display. Forbes and Butler will feature paintings by Jesse Ward and Johnny's Downtown Flooring on Methvin will be open. On Fredonia Street, stop by Gregg County Historical Museum, Decorating Etc will have live music, and Studio 204 with photography and live music. Interstate Battery is our sponsor.
